These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website vihanadental.in, our WhatsApp booking assistant, and any appointment or payment made through them (together, the "Service"), operated by Vihana Dental Care ("we", "us", "our") at Kalapatti, Coimbatore. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Appointment Bookings

• Bookings made through the website, WhatsApp assistant, or in-chat widget are requests for an appointment slot, confirmed once accepted and, where applicable, an advance booking fee is received.
• You must provide accurate contact and patient details when booking — inaccurate details may delay or prevent confirmation.
• Appointment slots are subject to availability and may occasionally need to be rescheduled by the clinic; we will notify you as early as possible if this happens.
• Online video consultations require a stable internet connection and a device with camera/ microphone access; the clinic is not responsible for connectivity issues on your end.

No Medical Advice Online

Nothing on this website, in the chat assistant, or in the WhatsApp booking flow constitutes medical advice or a diagnosis. All clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment happen during an in-person or video consultation with a qualified dentist. In a dental or medical emergency, please contact emergency services or visit the nearest hospital directly rather than relying on this Service.

Payments

Advance booking fees and any other payments made through the Service are processed by Razorpay. By making a payment you also agree to Razorpay's own terms. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how advance fees are handled on cancellation or rescheduling.

Acceptable Use

• You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, submitting false booking details, or using it to send unsolicited or abusive messages via our WhatsApp assistant.
• Repeated no-shows or misuse of the booking system may result in us declining future online bookings from a given contact.

Intellectual Property

The Vihana Dental Care name, logo, and website content are our property or used with permission and may not be reproduced without our consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." While we take reasonable care to keep booking, payment, and communication systems reliable, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from Service downtime, third-party service outages (Razorpay, WhatsApp/Meta, Google), or delays in message delivery. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
